I bought a reloadit pack to reload my netspend card. Tried to log in to my safe and it says that I need to verify my device.

I never get a verification email so I am unable to use my money. I tried calling customer service and it put me on hold for 3 hours and then disconnected me.

There doesnt seem to be any other option for using this reloadit pack so my money is in limbo land with out any way to resolve it. This is a huge problem as I am out visiting another state for the next month and do not have any other money.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $215.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

GOOD LUCK! Been like this for more than a week now.

If you want to spend $23.95 you *might* be able to get your money, and that's about it so far. They have no time frame to when their system will be up, and even supervisors will talk to you like you are a burden to them.

Call the card company for that which you are trying to load. Make them aware of the problem with company they have contract with, too!

I just got off the phone with customer service about this same issue that you're having when trying to log in and getting an error message that says the device is not registered. Their computers are down and they are trying to get it fixed.

It has been down for two days and until they get their system fixed, nobody is able to put money from reloadit packs onto their cards. Massive inconvenience!
