I too was similarly 'victimized' by this grossly mismanaged company. I intend to put them on 'blast' on Facebook and social media.
In addition, I intend to contact the Attorneys General of CA and Nevada (the address on Reloadit's website mentions Nevada as their headquarters). I also intend to forward this information to the Department of Consumer Affairs in California. Why should any of us be out $3.95 that we pay at the store for each reload card? Customer service is only as bad as the company for which they work.
Get to management with these actions, and keep calling the company and harass them. I also learned that NetSpend now permits cardholders to load money at any WalMart without going through a sub-contractor like Reloadit.
