I got my Reloadit prepaid card from a local store and put $10 (with the $3.95 fee) on it on November 28th, 2017 and I can't put that money on my PayPal debit card because of the technical difficulties on Reloadit that has been going on for 24 hours. I know it's only $10 but it's still my money and I don't want it to go to waste.

What should I do? Please help me. It should not take this long to fix a technical difficulty.

It's been more than 24 hours, I'm starting to get really annoyed with Reloadit. Regardless of how this end, I'm never using Reloadit ever again.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Technical difficulties all the time, Too long to verify card, Too long to transfer funds, Shoddy service, Took my money and there is no way to reload.

The Stole $500 from me. The website will not let me create a safe to load the card. They said it will take 30 days to get my refund I'm now on day 15 and still havent heard anything.


Jesus Christ. Why not just keep 10 bucks in your pocket.

Why in the world would you pay 4 bucks to use that garbage card? Making more stupid financial decisions such as these will not end well for you.


This has happened to me too except mine was for $500. They told me “there’s nothing they could do” and I would have to wait 30 business days to get a refund.

That is part of my rent money. I am extremely mad.
