I purchased a reload it card last week. I received the message that the site needed more time to process my card...
Ok, so I waited. Then for the next 4 days I receive a message that the site is experiencing technical difficulties. Customer service has asked me for the number on the back of the card each time I call. I set it up for an automatic transfer which takes three days.
I'll wait and see what happens. From the reviews that I have read it appears that I handed my $300 over to someone and won't ever see it again.
I purchased my card from Food Lion. Maybe they should STOP selling these cards!!
