They are the scammers

Do not believe a word they say. This company needs to be investigated, tried, and convicted of fraud and theft on a massive scale.
I bought my card at a truck stop to load on my NetSpend card.
Wouldn't match; apparently, I have the NetSpend card that's not compatible with the same card that's on the reload pack itself. Then I complained, and they sent me a virtual debit card that is virtually useless; no one accepts it online, on the phone, or anywhere.

- - $500 loaded on a card that can't be used; reps give runaround and request card number, funds stay on card.
I loaded 500 dollars on a card that I cant use. I talked to so many representatives got the run around like they was trying to trouble shoot the card.
They see the money in the card then they ask for the number then no response from them again. Talking about I need a receipt. Really you see the funds are still there.
Your trouble shooting is not working. I am very pissed and mad.

Oh I initially filed a complaint because I stupidly did not keep track of my passwords and stuff and this resulted in My Vault being locked
Not being able to access the money I put on my reloaded card and needing help in order to access it and not getting help

NeI bought a 40 dollar reloadit pack at a nearby turkey hill,when I got home I tried reloading a card an it said I cant start a safe because of technical issues,I called customer service and was told to wait a couple hours and that they sent me an email to activate the safe but I didnt receive any email from them
