Im starting to think that this company set this entire issue up from the core. I recently tried an attempt to load 10 Reloadit packs but I was given a receipt that read that I only purchased 1 Reloadit pack meaning 9 of the packs that I tried to load went "Ghost" .

The manager of the store filed me a SR13 Return and Reloadit gave me 10 New packs. This entire issue seems sketchy to me. Never heard of something like this happen.

Even though I got my money back , Im still debating on whether or not if I still want to continue to use this service. I guess time will tell because I dont think I can trust them anymore
